1000FUN is whereby a third party provides a service of convenience and solution to managing the purchasing of goods process right the way through to the delivery of goods to the customer. The aim of 1000FUN is to provide a simple, hassle free environment to purchasing internationally re-known brands without worrying about the delivery logistics.

To order goods a simple completion of the order form will need to be completed once you have chosen your goods.

We have multiple payment options at your convenience, including payments to HSBC Bank, Bank of China, or over the counter cash payment at 1000FUN collection point. You may also make payment via PayPal. Once your order form has been affirmed you will receive an order placed email confirmation. The email will consist of the payment methods and account numbers. You may also contact us further for any further enquiries.

If you have submitted the order form and yet to make payment, and would like to make amendments to your order form. You may contact us further to make your amendments to your initial order form. In cases whereby payment has been fully received we will not be able to provide you with the choice to amend the initial order form. 

You may track the stage of your order with our order tracker tool, by inputting your order number.

Our convenient collection point is situated near the Kwun Tong MTR station close by Exit A. You may find further details of the mapped location within the email notification for collection of goods.

Yes, in cases whereby you require the goods to be delivered to a particular destination; details of delivery must be communicated with the address and recipient. The delivery will be made by SF Express who have wide coverage across Asia, please do not hesitate to contact us further for more details.

If the product is found to be faulty, we will be happy to facilitate the service of returning the goods to the seller but the delivery costs will be charged to the customer. If the underlying reason for the return of goods is due to the errors of the order placing process of 1000FUN, we will bear the full cost of returning the goods to return or refund.

We will contact you via email, and as long as you provide us with your bank account details we will provide you with a refund within 3-5 working days.

Normal circumstances, goods should arrive at the collection point within 2-3 weeks. There are special circumstances in which the above rule does not apply such as weather conditions, the act of mother-nature, and the timeliness of the seller deliverance of goods.
